Update on Winter term 2021

After the Challenge Exam

The Testing Centre is closed due to COVID until January 2021.

  • Post-secondary challenge exams are now offered online through ProctorU, an online eproctoring service. Contact your program area for more information about these exams.
  • All high school equivalency challenge exams are suspended and will likely not re-open until Fall 2021. If you are a currently enrolled NorQuest student looking to write a challenge exam to get into a post-secondary program, contact your student navigator to discuss your options.

Getting your results

The results of your NorQuest high school equivalency challenge exam will be emailed to you at the address you provided on your registration form.

Transcripts

Your challenge exam grade will be available on a NorQuest College transcript. If you ordered transcripts when you registered for your exam, they will be sent to the addressee you indicated within three business days after your final grade is posted. You can order more copies of your transcript by submitting the Request for Transcript Form to the Office of the Registrar.

Didn’t achieve the grade you needed?

Consider the following options to improve your grade.

  • Retake your course - spring session is only six weeks long at NorQuest College. See Academic Upgrading
  • Consider using a study guide such as "The Key: (desired course), Diploma Study Guide", available at local bookstores or online at Castle Rock Research.
  • Take a diploma preparation/review course, available at various learning providers
